Once we have obtained a Judgment, ACS will take the necessary steps and paperwork to properly register a Writ of Seizure and Sale against any assets owned by the debtor, including home, land, car or boat. 

A Writ of Seizure and Sale is a document issued by the court as an enforcement tool to help collect money owed. These Writs stay in effect for a 6-year period until they are withdrawn or the arrears are paid in full, which often happens when the Debtor sells or re-finances his or her home. After 6 years, the Writ must be renewed.
